The key word for ÅKU 2020 is efficiency, combined with the same variation as always. Some sections begin with a knowledge test, and if you pass it in one attempt, you will be approved for the entire section in question and may proceed to the next.

Who is this for?

This version is for those who are covered by SwedSec’s licensing requirements for mortgages.

Course content

If you hold a license for mortgage loans, you will go through the following sections:

  • Money Laundering – Know Your Customer
  • Low inflation, low real interest rate, low exchange rate
  • Green mortgages
  • Prior Agreements for condominiums
  • Title deed cutting
  • Rules for deposit guarantee in special life events
  • Capital losses on housing sales
  • Rules on spouses and cohabitants’ joint housing
  • Swedish tax changes
  • Ethics case

Within this category, you need to complete at least eight (8) sections.

Registration for distance courses is binding and cannot be cancelled. Registration for teacher-led classes is binding, but not personal, and can be transferred to another person within the same company. In case of rebooking or cancellation later than four weeks before the start of the course, 50 per cent of the course fee will be charged. If you rebook or cancel later than two weeks before the start of the course, the entire course fee will be charged. The cost for sent material is always charged. Invoicing takes place upon notification with payment terms 30 days. The course is available for 12 months from the notification. In case of illness with lecturers for teacher-led classes, we reserve the right to move one or more course days to another occasion.
