The focus of this training is to describe the driving force behind market abuse, what shapes it can take, what to be aware of, and, of course, how to act on suspicion of abuse. The training covers insider crime as well as market manipulation.

It takes about 1 hour to complete the training and the final knowledge test. When you have passed the test, you can print a study certificate.

Who is this for?

This course is aimed at employees at banks, securities companys, marketsplace operators, etc., that:

  • manage transactions in financial instruments on behalf of their customers.
  • manage and administer financial instruments on behalf of their own institution.
  • work with control, regulatory compliance and follow- up of trading in financial instruments.
  • have a position of responsibility linked to the area to financial instruments.

Registration for distance courses is binding and cannot be cancelled. Registration for teacher-led classes is binding, but not personal, and can be transferred to another person within the same company. In case of rebooking or cancellation later than four weeks before the start of the course, 50 per cent of the course fee will be charged. If you rebook or cancel later than two weeks before the start of the course, the entire course fee will be charged. The cost for sent material is always charged. Invoicing takes place upon notification with payment terms 30 days. The course is available for 12 months from the notification. In case of illness with lecturers for teacher-led classes, we reserve the right to move one or more course days to another occasion.
