Web based training

Contentos online training program Mortgage License covers all three areas that are part of Swedsec’s licensing test for mortgage loans: products and processes, the housing market and finances, and advisory services, ethics and rules and regulations.

The training consists of video lectures, animated fact sequences and several relevant questions to help you practice for Swedsec’s licensing test.

Who is this for?

The training is aimed at people who work with mortgage loans and therefore are covered by Swedsec’s mortgage licensing requirements. The purpose is to prepare you for your licensing test.

Course content

First, you take a diagnostic test to map your current knowledge relative to Swedsec’s proficiency requirements. Based on your results, you receive an individual study plan and are assigned sections within the areas where you need to strengthen your competence. You can also add additional sections to your study plan.

When you feel ready, you can complete the final knowledge test to practice Swedsec’s test. In addition, we offer 30 more advanced study questions that you can do if you feel that you need to refresh your skills further.

How to Register for the Training Course

1. Log In / Register
Click on "Log In / Register" in the top right-hand corner. You will then be redirected to the training portal.

2. Register via the Training Catalogue
Once you are logged in, go to "Registration" in the menu, find the training course and click on it to fill in your registration details.

3. Find the Course under "Your Courses"
Once you have clicked on "Register", you will have immediate access to the course. It will be available under "Your Courses" on the homepage of the training platform.
A registration confirmation will be sent to you by email. Please check your spam folder if you cannot find it. If you do not receive a confirmation, please contact us at info@contento.se.
Registration for online courses is binding and cannot be cancelled. Registration for instructor-led training days is also binding, but is not tied to a specific individual and may be transferred to another person within the same company.
For changes or cancellations made less than four weeks before the course start date, 50% of the course fee will be charged. For changes or cancellations made less than two weeks before the course start date, the full course fee will be charged. The cost of any materials already dispatched will always be charged.

An invoice will be issued upon registration, with payment due within 30 days.
The training course will be available for 12 months from the date of registration.
In the event that an instructor becomes ill during instructor-led training, we reserve the right to reschedule one or more training days to another date.
