Knowledge Test for Mortgage Loans

The knowledge test is aimed at you who are covered by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority’s requirements for mortgage intermediaries. You should have completed our training for mortgage brokers, or equivalent, prior to the test.

In addition to our e-learning Mortgage License, which is based on SwedSec’s proficiency requirements for mortgage intermediaries, we offer a knowledge test consisting of a total of 110 questions.

This test is for anyone who is preparing to take the license exam, SwedSec Specialist in English.

This is a diagnostic test in English with more than 300 questions in order to prepare you for the SwedSec Specialist license exam in English.
